FAQs
Explain the "Select a Theme" section.
This section allows you to select a new theme for your website. A theme is
basically the images and colors that are associated with your website. If you
change the theme it WILL NOT delete or overwrite any of your website content. You can always change a theme
or revert back to an old one.
Explain the "Site Flash Intro" section.
This allows you to choose a Flash Introduction for your website. The intro
will be seen when a visitor first views your website. You can modify the text
for the intro from the "Site Flash Intro" section of the "Site Options" in the admin tool.
Explain the "Choose Buttons" section.
This section allows you to select new buttons for your website without changing your entire theme. Simply browse the buttons, and select the one you
want to use. The change is immediate.
What is the "Metatags" section used for?
This section allows you to add or modify your metatags, keywords, and title for
your website. Changing the Metatags will help search engines find and crawl your
website. Accurate Metatags will help your site get a higher listing, and also help search engines categorize your website. There is only one set of metatags,
keywords, and title for your entire website.
What is the "Site and Text Colors" section used for?
This advanced section allows you to change font and
border/background colors for your website. If you change to another
theme, the values you currently have for the site and text colors will be erased, and be replaced with the colors associated with the new theme you select.

Metatags
Meta Tags are used for search engine browsing and internal browser
information. www.w3schools.com
explains it this way:
The purpose of the meta element is to provide
meta-information about the document. Most often the meta element is used to provide information that
is relevant to browsers or search engines like describing the
content of your document.
NOTE: If you are submitting a website to a search engine or portal you should have
Meta Tags to describe your site.
-
Description: Include one or more sentences
describing what your website is about. Try to keep sentences simple
and to the point.
Keywords: These are words that users enter in
search engines. Enter descriptive words that show what your website
is about. The more accurate, the more likely your website will show
up in search engine listings.
(Remember that you have to sign up with a search engine and pay fees
before your website can even be listed. Tags alone will not
get your site in a search engine.)
Title: Enter the title of the website.
Usually this is the name of the domain.
-
Click on the "Update Site Information!" button
to activate.
Site/Text Colors
Customize webpage colors with this Configuration Panel.
See the examples below to see exactly what parts of your website this tool can change.
Changing colors:
- Select the desired color. You can type the color name into the text box or click on the "Color Chart" button and click on a color to select it. You will notice if you select a color using the Color Chart, a hexidecimal number will appear in the text box, this is because HTML interprets colors by using their hexidecimal numbers.
- Click the "Update Information!" button.
- View your website to see the changes.
Button Text Color
Changes the text color of links in the menu bar. Choosing a color will
not affect the actual color of the buttons.
Samples shown in yellow (hex - #FFFF00) and white (hex - #FFFFFF).

Header Text Color
Changes the text color in the Header and Tagline. Please note that font type and size cannot be changed.
Samples shown in yellow (hex - #FFFF00) and blue (#0000FF).
Navigation Options
The Navigation Options feature allows you to change the display of the left navigation bar on your website.
You can turn the site map ON or OFF, change the Site Map Image that is displayed, turn the left image ON or OFF and also change the Left Image (Please note that if you are uploading a custom Left Image, it must be 124 pixels in width and 99 pixels in height).
Edit Flash Intro
As seen in the screenshot below, the Flash Intro can be turned ON or OFF.
If you would like to have a Flash intro, navigate through the Flash intros on the left panel and select one that best suits your company. By default the Company Name and Tagline text boxes are filled in with the company information you specified in Step 1. You can change them here and there is also an option to add extra lines of text to the Flash intro. After you are finished click on "Choose This Introduction".
